Gumla: The whole country is struggling with the problem of unemployment. Gumla district of Jharkhand is also facing this problem. In such a situation, Bank of India Self-Employment Training Institute (RSETI) has brought a golden opportunity for employment. RSETI is going to start a special program for unemployed young men and women aged between 18 to 45 years living in rural areas of Gumla district. According to the information received, now unemployed youth of the district can get free training in vegetable farming and pig rearing. Youth can start their own business by getting this 12 days training.

Youth can earn big money by cultivating vegetables and rearing pigs. Bank of India Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) is located at Silam in Gumla district. This has brought a great opportunity for unemployed young men and women to get 12 days of free vegetable nursery and management and pig rearing training. Along with training, free food and accommodation will also be provided here. Also, after training, young men/women can start their own business by taking a subsidized loan from the bank.
Regarding this training program, Rseti director Nipun Gupta said that Rseti is trying to connect the young men and women living in rural areas of Gumla with self-employment. He is continuously connecting people with self-employment by providing free training. Here, after training, you can also start your own business by getting a loan of Rs 50 thousand to Rs 50 lakh at 35% subsidy under PMEGP.

Let us tell you that Rseti Gumla is an institution sponsored by the Government of India which is operated by Bank of India in Gumla district. All the training programs conducted here are free of cost. Also, during these training programs, accommodation, food and drinks are all free. At present, training in vegetable nursery and pig rearing is to start here from December 12, 2025. Under this program, information will be given about selection of seeds and varieties of vegetables, PH testing of soil, method of seed treatment, nutrients of soil and plants, preparation of vermicompost for organic farming, method of making vermi vas tonic.
Training for Natural Farming
Also, method of making jeevamrit for natural farming, method of making cube jeevamrit, method of making visa dead, fruit tree nursery technique for nursery, plant propagation technique, grafting, weeding, layering, tissue culture, knowing the beneficial insects of agriculture, role of friendly and enemy insects, role of quality seeds in production, major food crops of Gumla, major commercial crops of Gumla, dry land farming techniques (moisture conservation), efficient irrigation system. Information will be given about (shower and drip irrigation), insect diseases and treatment of major crops, cultivation of fruits and vegetables, cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants etc. Besides, training in pig rearing will also be given.
what is the qualification
Talking about qualification, one should generally be able to read and write. Talking about seats for training, a total of 35 seats are earmarked for which registration is going on. Youth willing to participate in this training can contact Bank of India Self-Employment Training Institute located at Jashpur Road, Silam, Gumla. For this, it is necessary to have Aadhar card, BPL card, ration card, passport size photo and card issued by the self-help group as necessary documents.
