What happened in Bangladesh?
In Mymensingh district of Bangladesh, 27-year-old Hindu youth Dipu Chandra Das was beaten to death by a mob and his body was burnt on charges of alleged blasphemy. This incident happened amid the violence that broke out after the death of radical leader Sharif Osman Hadi. The interim government has arrested seven people and condemned the violence.
