In Haryana’s Hisar district, a cousin was seriously injured by stabbing him on the neck with a sharp weapon in a dispute over resting on a cot in Jagjivan Nagar, located along the Dhobi Ghat at the bus stand. The injured 20-year-old Ajay was admitted to the civil hospital in an unconscious state, where the doctors treated him continuously for about two hours. During this he was given 12 stitches. Tai abuses father for sleeping on the cot – Ajay
Ajay, a resident of Jagjivan Nagar, who was injured in the case, told in a statement to the police that at around one o’clock on Friday afternoon, his father Lalchand was resting in the sun on a cot in the vacant plot in front of his house. His Tai Pachi came to the plot and asked his father why he was lying on his cot. She started abusing him. At the same time his uncle Shyamsundar and his son Dabbu came on the spot and started fighting with his father.
Hearing the noise, he came and intervened. When his father started going home, Shyamsundar and Dabbu blocked the way and at the same time, Dabbu brought out the Darat from his house and as soon as he came, attacked him on the neck, due to which he was seriously injured. Hearing the noise of the quarrel, the people of the neighborhood came to the spot and rescued them. Shyamsundar, Dabbu and Pachi Tai threatened to kill him. Police has registered a case on the complaint.
