A heart-wrenching case has come to light in Amroha district of Uttar Pradesh. The child sleeping between husband and wife died of suffocation. The parents had put the 26-day-old baby to sleep between them and as soon as both of them changed sides. The innocent child got buried.

The parents had put the 26-day-old baby to sleep between them and as soon as both of them changed sides. The innocent child got buried. When the mother of the deceased child got up to feed her son, she noticed that the child was not moving. The child was shaken but there was no movement. Then she woke up her husband and both of them hurriedly took her to CHC Gajraula, where the doctor declared the innocent child dead.
Only son died
As soon as the husband and wife heard the news of the death of their only son, they started crying bitterly. Both of them started fighting, accusing each other of negligence. The family members somehow pacified both of them. Police say that neither of them wanted to take legal action so no action was taken. The incident took place in Sihali Jagir village of Hasanpur police station area of Amroha district.
Son was sleeping between mom and dad
Saddam Abbasi, who lives there, runs a plant nursery. His house is kutcha. He had married Asma a year ago. On November 10 this year, Asma gave birth to a son. Saddam had named his son Sufiyan. Saddam’s newborn son had breathing problems after birth. The doctors had kept him in the machine. Two days later, Saddam brought his wife and newborn baby to the village. But later his son developed jaundice. Saddam and Asma were sleeping together with the child.
When the mother went to breastfeed, the child showed no movement.
The husband says that he made his son sleep in the middle of the bed. The son got buried in the night. When the wife woke up in the morning, she heated milk and brought it for the child. When I went to feed her, I saw that the child was not doing anything. Asma screamed. I woke up startled. Both of us tried to bring our son back to consciousness. But there was no movement in it. I took my son to CHC, where the doctors declared him dead. As soon as the death of the innocent child was confirmed, the husband and wife started fighting in the hospital. They started accusing each other of negligence. The family members calmed him down. After this both returned home. Mother Asma was seen crying bitterly after seeing the child’s clothes and toys again and again.
