The ingredients required for this tandoori potato starter include 500 grams potatoes, 3 tablespoons curd, 2 green chillies finely chopped, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon garam masala, salt as per taste, 2 tablespoons oil and green coriander or mint for garnish.

First of all, boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into long pieces. Prepare a thick paste by mixing curd, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt in a bowl.
Coat the potato pieces well in this paste and let them marinate for 20–25 minutes. Bake in preheated oven or air fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes or until slightly crispy. If you have a tandoor, you can cook it in that also.
