To make Potato Stuff Paneer Vegetable, you will first have to take potatoes. The potato should be thick and cut it from the middle, remove the inner part with the help of a knife and boil it. Keep in mind, do not boil completely. Barely for 2 to 3 minutes.
After boiling, you have to fry it in oil. Fry it well until golden and then keep it aside. After this you have to prepare the cheese stuffing. To prepare paneer stuffing, take grated paneer. Check the quantity according to how much you want to fill.
Add some raisins to the paneer, some chopped cashew nuts, some chopped almonds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, mix spices and salt as per taste. Add all this and mix well and now take the potatoes that you kept after frying.

Now fill the cheese stuffing you have prepared inside the potatoes with the help of your hands and again keep it aside. After this you have to prepare the gravy. For this, put a pan on the gas and add three tablespoons of oil in it. Add bay leaves, red chilli powder, a little cumin and mix it all.
After this add finely chopped onion and let it fry golden. Then add all the crushed spices like red chilli powder, coriander powder, mixed spices, salt as per taste and after this you have to add tomato puree. When all this is cooked, then you have to add a bowl of fresh cream.
When all these are cooked, then add the stuffed potatoes that you have kept. Remember, do not mix. If you have 6-7 potatoes, add them one by one, cover and leave on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Switch off the gas after 10 minutes. Your Paneer Stuffed Aloo Dum is ready to eat. It looks very tasty. Especially if a special guest comes to your house, you can serve him a royal meal with just a little cheese and a few potatoes.
