New Delhi. Harley Davidson has launched CVO Road Glide in the country, whose ex-showroom price is Rs 67.37 lakh. It has now become the most expensive motorcycle of the brand and its price is more than Toyota Fortuner, whose top variant is priced at Rs 51.21 lakh. CVO stands for Custom Vehicle Operations and it sits at the top-tier of Harley’s Grand American Touring range, featuring exclusive paint, premium hardware and a larger engine than the standard Road Glide. It is for riders who want a long distance cruiser bike with strong performance, comfort and features.
Price Rs 67.37 lakh
Priced at Rs 67.37 lakh, the CVO Road Glide is Rs 21.62 lakh more expensive than the standard 2025 Road Glide (Rs 45.75 lakh). This premium gets a bigger engine, upgraded electronics, premium audio, exclusive paintwork and CVO badge. For this Rs 67.37 lakh, you can buy a fully loaded Toyota Fortuner GR Sport (Rs 51.21 lakh) and save around Rs 16 lakh. This price is more than that of BMW 3 Series (starting at Rs 52.50 lakh) and Mercedes Benz C Class (starting at Rs 61 lakh).
Bigger Milwaukee-Eight engine and heavy-duty hardware
This bike has a 1,982 cc Milwaukee-Eight 121 engine, which gives 115 horsepower and 183 Newton-meter torque. It is better than the standard Road Glide, which gets a 1,923 cc Milwaukee-Eight 117 engine, which produces 107 horsepower and 175 Newton-meter torque. The higher displacement and torque make it better for two-person touring with luggage, especially on highways and hilly roads, where the strong mid-range pull makes it easy to maintain speed and avoid the need for frequent gear changes.
Features, Technology and Exclusivity
This bike has a 12.3-inch TFT display, which runs Harley Davidson’s Skyline operating system and has in-built navigation, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connectivity and WiFi. The audio system is Rockford Fosgate Stage II, with speakers mounted in the saddlebags and fairing, which deliver clear sound even at highway speeds.
These features are also present
The electronics package includes Cornering ABS, Cornering Traction Control, Electronically Linked Braking, Drag Torque Slip Control, Vehicle Hold Control and Tire Pressure Monitoring System. These features are standard across the entire CVO range and present the bike as a technology-rich, premium product. CVO models are distinguished from standard Harley Davidson motorcycles by exclusive paint and graphics.
