Severe winter has started in Vindhya region of Madhya Pradesh. Farmers are busy harvesting rice from the paddy crop in the barns. These days, after the arrival of the new crop, Chauri Roti i.e. rice roti is being liked a lot in rural areas. Chauri Roti is not only tasty, it is also light and easy to digest. It is baked by hand in the fire of poker stove. It is delicious to eat with desi ghee.

How to make Rice Roti
First boil water in a vessel, add salt, oil and rice flour in it, mix well, remove from flame, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes, then knead well for 5 minutes.
