How to clean green leafy vegetables
If you have bought spinach, mustard, bathua or any other greens and there is a lot of soil in it, then washing it with water just once or twice will not help. If there is a large amount of greens then take a big vessel. Fill this vessel with water. The correct way to wash these leafy vegetables is to submerge them in a bowl filled with water. Then hold the greens with your hands and lift them up. Now drop the water. Add clean water into it and dip the greens in water again.
