To make basil tea at home, add some fresh basil leaves to boiling water and keep it covered for 5 to 10 minutes. Then filter it and drink it hot. This will give you quick relief from problems like bloating.

Fennel loosens the muscles of the digestive system due to which gas gets released quickly.
