While sharing the recipe, tribal woman Raveena Kachhap says that curd-potato is an essential part of the village kitchen. People returning from work often like to eat this because it takes hardly five minutes to prepare and it also fills the stomach.
She further explains that to make this dish, first of all the potatoes are boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces. After this, fresh curd is whipped and turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder is added to it.

He further told that then potatoes are added to this curd-masala mixture and mixed well. It can also be kept to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, although if desired, it can be used immediately.
He further told that after this, mustard oil or ghee is heated in a vessel and seasoning of cumin, green chilli and ginger is added to it.
As soon as the spices start becoming fragrant, this tadka is added to the curd and potato mixture. This delicious potato curd is ready in a few minutes.
Raveena further explains that adding some garam masala and green coriander at the end further enhances its taste. It can be served with rice, roti or paratha.
