Tadasana is considered to be the most simple and effective yoga asana, which stretches the entire body. To do the asana, stand straight. Raise both hands towards the sky and stretch the entire body upwards. Raise your heels slightly and wait for 10-15 seconds. This asana reduces stiffness in the body, improves posture and helps in increasing energy in cold.
Kati Chakrasana asana reduces stiffness around the waist, back and stomach. This asana is also quite simple. Stand with your legs slightly spread. Join hands in front and rotate the waist left and right. Do this 10–15 times. This increases blood circulation. The lethargy and stiffness that women often experience in cold is reduced to a great extent by this asana. It is also beneficial in back pain and cervical.

Bhujangasana is considered very beneficial for women. It provides relief from back pain and increases lung capacity, which provides relief from cold and respiratory problems. To do this, lie down on your stomach. Place both the palms near the shoulders and raise the chest while inhaling. Wait for 10 seconds and lie back. This asana is also very useful for women in reducing stress.
Marjari Asana makes the spine flexible and removes stiffness of neck, shoulders and waist. This stiffness becomes a common problem during cold weather. Repeating this asana 10-12 times brings lightness in the entire body and also reduces the problem of stomach gas or bloating.
Anulom-Vilom based on the process of inhalation and exhalation strengthens the lungs. Problems like cold, sinus and allergies increase in winter. This pranayam is effective in controlling them. Its regular practice reduces stress, fatigue and mental pressure, due to which women remain active throughout the day.
