According to him, regular consumption of Bathua strengthens the digestive system and helps in increasing immunity. Immunity starts weakening in the winter season, in such a situation, Bathua Saag strengthens the body from inside. In Ayurveda, it is considered a blood purifier and tonic, which removes anemia in the body and reduces fatigue. Ayurvedacharya says that if people consume Bathua two to three times a week in winter, then many small and big health problems can be avoided.
