Even after having such a long rail line, trains leave at a speed of 45 km per hour from the tunnel near Bhanvartank tunnel, while the speed of trains decreases from the old tunnel. The old tunnel is in a very dilapidated condition and the structure inside it has been done on the basis of British engineering. Inside the tunnel, there are small tunnel-like rooms at some distance, looking at which it seems as if the employees would have entered these rooms during the arrival of the train. There is a source of water in the middle of the tunnel, from which pure and cool water emerges. It seeps from the mountains and accumulates here.
