After adding lemon juice and spices, it is garnished with capsicum, tomato and sesame seeds.
To make Carrot-Methi Paratha, mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. The dough will become a little wet due to the moisture of the carrots, so knead a soft dough by adding water little by little as needed. Keep it covered for 5-7 minutes. Then make balls out of it and roll it into parathas. Apply ghee or oil on a hot pan and cook it from both the sides. Serve hot parathas with chutney.
