Satyanashi Plant Benefits. In the cold season in Chhatarpur district, some medicinal grasses and plants grow which we do not know about, but these plants are actually medicinal plants, which are also mentioned in Ayurveda. One such plant is Satyanashi plant, which most people consider to be a thorny plant, but it has many uses in Ayurveda. This medicine plays an important role especially in diseases like jaundice.
Eradicates jaundice
Satyanashi plant is also a panacea for dangerous diseases like jaundice. If a person has jaundice, he should consume Giloy juice mixed with Satyanashi oil. This eliminates jaundice from its roots.
Beneficial in many diseases
Chattarpur’s Ayurvedic Dr. RC Dwivedi tells Local 18 that in Ayurveda, juice of saffron or Satyanashi leaves, seed oil, paste of leaves and milk extracted from flowers are used in many ways. Although this plant is mainly used to remove physical weakness, its various medicinal properties also provide relief in diabetes, jaundice, stomach ache, cough and urine problems. Actually, this plant produces a yellow colored liquid, in which many beneficial elements like anti-microbial, anti-diabetic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and antioxidant are found.
This is how to consume
According to Dr. Dwivedi, there are two ways of consuming it. The first way is to grind the roots, leaves and flowers of the Satyanashi plant and consume the juice obtained from it or you can dry the leaves and make its powder and then eat it with water or milk every morning and evening. Keep in mind that you have to take maximum 20 ml of it every day in the form of juice and in the form of powder, you have to consume one spoon in the morning and evening.
