Bastar Rehabilitation Policy: Bastar is changing. The Maoists roaming in the jungle are coming back and joining the mainstream under the rehabilitation policy. Players from different districts of Bastar division are participating in the Bastar Olympics organized in Bastar. Surrendered Maoists and family members suffering from Maoists are also participating in this Olympics. Local 18 team talked to surrendered Maoist Munna Mandavi. Munna Mandavi will participate in long jump, volleyball and archery sports in Bastar Olympics. This is the first time that the Maoists who used to use bow and arrow in the forest will now use bow and arrow in the playground. In Bastar Olympics, 761 surrendered Maoists and family members of Maoist victims are showcasing their skills in different sports.
