New Delhi. The central government has implemented 4 new labor codes from Friday. With these new rules, more than 40 crore workers of the country will be guaranteed facilities like minimum salary, gratuity and social security. The government says that these changes are a big step towards modernizing the decades-old labor lodge. The objective of these new rules includes giving timely salary, social security, equal opportunities and equal salary to women to every worker.
