A person goes to office and returns home after completing his 8-9 hours of duty. Many times we reach office late or early and accordingly log out after completing our work. If it is a matter of one or two days, then there is no problem. But if you reach late every day or reach much before time, then it is a problem, because of this you may even have to lose your job. One such employee has been dismissed from work, who used to come to work before the scheduled time for almost two years.
It was difficult to reach the court
When this girl, who was fired from her job, approached the court challenging her termination, they had to accept her in that too. The court ruled that the employer was not at fault. According to the Metro report, the matter is from Spain. The 22-year-old employee living here had been repeatedly reaching her office 40 minutes early between 6.45 am and 7 am for about two years.
Many times he was asked not to come before his shift, which started at 7:30 in the morning. The employer says that after reaching office early, he had no work to do. Despite repeated refusal to come early to office, there was no effect on the girl. To teach him a lesson, it was decided to fire him.
Company accused of breach of trust
His employer also accused him of breaking the trust. The court decided that a pattern of not being loyal to the company and his work was seen in him. Sided with the employer, the court said that his coming to office early was not the issue, but it was his refusal to follow the rules of the workplace. The court ruled that he had broken Article 54 of the Spanish Workers’ Statute. According to reports, another employee of the company said that the Spanish woman constantly disrupted team coordination by reaching office early.
