Along with studies, Lucky has been managing his maternal grandfather’s Litti shop for the last 7 years. The increasing crowd at the shop and the increasing recognition of taste is proof of how hard young Lucky is working in his work. He says that he keeps a special eye on cleanliness and hygiene. We strive to provide customers with the best taste, so everything is done with care.
Litti starts being made in the morning
According to him, the work of making Litti starts from the morning itself. The dough is first left to set for several hours. When the dough is completely ready, round Litti is made by filling Sattu in it. Then these balls are baked in a high flame until they become crisp.
this is the price
After this they are served with chokha and tomato chutney. Chokha is prepared from a mixture of roasted brinjal, boiled potatoes, onions, green chillies and spices. In winter, customers like Litti-Chokha served with radish even more. Lucky told that the price of a plate of litti at his shop is ₹ 30, while the price of litti with ghee is ₹ 50. Two pieces of litti, chokha, tomato chutney, onion and radish are served in a plate.
