Sultanpur: There was a time when the world of women was considered limited to the kitchen of the house.. but now women are breaking the old notions and showing their capabilities in every field. Anjali of Sultanpur is also one of them, who decided to stand on her own feet at a young age. Anjali tells that she studied till class 9th, but after this the struggles of life increased. Then he decided that now he had to take care of himself. The search for work began and during this time he met Dr. Pallavi Kaushal, who runs Nandgaon Dhaba located on the Lucknow-Varanasi Highway.
Nandgaon Dhaba became the turning point of Anjali’s life.
Anjali started working on the dhaba under the guidance of Dr. Pallavi Kaushal. He started learning modern cooking, serving food and the entire functioning of the dhaba. Despite initial hesitation and difficulties, Anjali achieved proficiency in her work and today has become an important member of the dhaba.

Anjali says that the biggest contribution in her life has been from Dr. Pallavi Kaushal and Dr. Kaushalendra. He not only provided guidance but also supported him in every difficult time. Anjali tells that Pallavi Ma’am is not only her boss but also a source of inspiration. It is with her support that she has become self-reliant today.

Anjali tells that the family did not support her work.. but she got a new team, new environment and new energy at the dhaba. Through teamwork, he gained self-confidence and realized his abilities. Today, people coming to Nandgaon Dhaba also appreciate Anjali’s hard work and behaviour.
