Even clean embroidery turns black. It becomes very difficult to remove these stubborn stains of oil and spices. But today in this news we are going to tell you one such tip by which you can easily make it look like new.
Darbhanga: Often, while preparing vegetables, tadka or fried things in the pan every day, a layer of oil and black grime from spices gets stuck on it. In such a situation, even clean embroidery starts looking black and discolored within a few days. Many times, even after rubbing for hours, these stubborn stains do not come out completely. Due to which both the hard work and time of housewives are taken more. To save from this problem, one such easy home remedy is being told here. With the help of which even the oldest embroidery will shine in no time.
Adopt this method
First of all, put a dirty pan on the gas. Now put a jug of water in it, so that most of the pan gets submerged in water. After this, add one cup of detergent powder, a little bleaching powder and squeeze the juice of one lemon in water. Let the mixture dissolve well and let the pan boil on low or medium flame for half an hour. After boiling, the accumulated grease and black scum will start loosening.
rub thoroughly inside and out
Turn off the gas after about half an hour. Let the pan cool down a bit, so that it can be easily handled. Now rub the inside and outside of the pan thoroughly with a utensil scrub. Where stubborn stains appear, keep rubbing the remaining part of the lemon directly. The sourness of lemon and hot detergent water together loosens the oil and blackness quickly. Within a few minutes, the frozen layer of the embroidery will start coming off and the real shine will start appearing.
Clean it by rubbing lightly with liquid or soap once more.
After scrubbing, wash the pan thoroughly with clean water two-three times. Now clean it by rubbing it lightly once more with dishwashing liquid or soap, so that no trace of detergent or bleaching remains. Then wipe it with a dry cloth and dry it completely by keeping it in the shade. After drying, the kadhai will look as clean, shiny and ready for use as before.
keep this in mind
Keep in mind that when repeatedly frying on high flame in a pan, its lower part turns black quickly. In such a situation, if the pan is cleaned with this recipe once or twice a month, the dirt will not accumulate. There will be no need to rub much. If desired, the same method can be adopted on other aluminum or steel utensils also. Just remember to wash and dry them thoroughly afterwards, so that rust or stains do not form on them again.
