BCCI has shared a video in which players of women’s and men’s teams are seen. The video describes the journey from a chartered flight to a bus to reach Southampton. At present, Indian players will remain in strict isolation for three days.
New Delhi. Indian men’s and women’s teams have reached England and they have also started their quarantine. The players of the teams teams together reached England by chartered plane. BCCI has shared a video after watching which it seems that the journey of the players for the much-awaited series was quite entertaining.
Akshar Patel is seen in the video who is eating food. While eating food inside the flight, Akshar said, ‘I slept very deeply. I spent the first two hours watching the film and then slept for the next 6 hours. I am having breakfast now and feel absolutely refreshed. When asked what is his plan after reaching the hotel, Akshar said, ‘Right now we know that we have to stay in quarantine and will not be able to meet anyone for three days.’
Cheteshwar Pujara, who is called the ‘Wall’ of Indian cricket, also had a good experience with his family in the plane. He said, ‘I slept well. Still, I had to wake up for a while, my daughter also slept well.’
