How to bring happiness in life?

Said- Practice continuously and consider God as yours, then happiness remains even in heavy sorrows. Without it, it becomes very difficult to deal with sorrows. Let us tell you that the desire to get respect takes a person away from God. The biggest sorrow of a devotee is the forgetfulness of God.
What will happen by thinking about God?
In another video, Premanand Maharaj says that worry is like a pyre, but people still are not able to get out of it. He says that if the mind is empty then only filth will fill it, hence it is necessary to think about God. Because, when we have thoughts of Bhagwati in our mind, we will not be able to worry.
