There is a phase of layoffs going on in information technology companies these days. Now a case of TCS forcibly taking resignation from an employee has come to light. The employee had taken leave when his father was seriously ill. The company put pressure on him to join the office or resign.

TCS, which was already facing criticism due to layoff of thousands of employees, has now come to light with such a ‘scandal’ due to which the company is being defamed a lot. A news has come from the company which has shocked everyone.
Actually, a case of forced termination from job has come to light in TCS. It is alleged that the company forced the resignation of a Mumbai employee who was undergoing surgery for his father. The company did not extend his leave. This victim employee was working in TCS for seven years and his leave was also left. Not only this, the company also stopped the gratuity of the employee after accepting his resignation.
A Mumbai-based TCS employee with 7 years of service was forced to resign last year while he was on emergency leave, attending to his father in the ICU.
