Now IIM and many reputed international universities are also offering certificate courses in digital marketing. These are good opportunities to increase skills.

Question: A lot of courses are available online since the epidemic. If someone does these courses, will companies hire them?

Answer: Online courses definitely increase the knowledge and skills of job seekers, but it is more important to do online courses from a reputed institute. Online sites like Corsera, Unacademy, etc. help in strengthening the concept. While it is always advisable to take a fulltime course, but due to time and resources constraints, candidates are choosing the online course. Companies prefer such talent candidates for jobs. Yes, companies are looking for such skills, because it is also necessary for companies to provide the relevant service according to the needs of their consumers, so in the digital space these candidates are being given priority.

Answer: Candidates are looking for jobs through online sites like Naukri, TimeJobs, IIM Jobs, which are veteran of the recruitment industry. Although markets have started opening up in the last few months, some things have changed forever and this is a good change. Answer: There will definitely be changes in the recruitment process, now most of the interviews are being done online, and physical interviews are decreasing by sitting face to face. In such a situation, it is important for the interviewers to give and make changes according to the online mode. In this context, specialized training can be effective because the candidate needs more self-confidence for online interview. Answer: Jobseekers should make their resumes in such a way that important aspects are highlighted in it. The resume should not be more than 2 pages long and includes all your achievements. As per the changing environment, the candidates should make changes in themselves and emphasize on what positive changes they want to make in themselves and their institution. Although there have been major changes in the recruitment process, the job has a huge impact on how the candidate has displayed his achievements in his resume. Your resume is your first image. Now-a-days there are agencies that also provide job seekers training on how to make a professional CV.

Question: What kind of new jobs will be created in the present scenario?
Answer : I have been stressing beforehand that it is very important to update oneself according to the current development. The world is going through a phase of digital transformation, where all departments from finance to supply chain and CRM are moving towards digital change. Consumers are now shopping online rather than offline stores. The ability of algorithms for data signs and various applications shows the ability of the candidate. Transporters, suppliers, wholesalers, financial institutions and bankers are now connected to each other through AI and machine learning processes, saving both time and cost. Under the new policy, people are trying to increase confidence through virtual sales and purchases.

Keeping in mind Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data, what changes can be seen for the future?

Answer: India is rapidly moving towards AI and Big Deta in every sector. These technological changes will reduce human intervention in the coming times. Machines will replace manpower in every industry. With Big Data, AI and ML will be an integral part of every industry. Amazon will analyze the previous behavior of your purchase, on the basis of this you will show such products which are tailored to your liking. Similarly, Robo-Advisor will evaluate your previous investment model and recommend future investment based on market analysis, personal risk etc.

Question: Will you tell our readers what are the prospects of jobs in this field and what will be the future environment?

Answer: AI, ML, Big Data and BI are the most important fields for every institution. Companies are focusing on cost optimization and these technological changes are important steps in this direction. In such a situation, the demand for Tech candidates will increase in the coming times, which can change themselves according to the changing environment. Now digital exposure has become very important. As I have said earlier, according to digital change, mold yourself otherwise you will not be able to stand here.

Question: Will you tell us what kind of skills and skills are required for various posts in this sector?

Answer: A favorable vision for business is required for these upcoming sectors with technology and statistical skills. Experience candidates should change their experience according to these new concepts. Earlier, CXO needed personal assistance in their day to day work in the office.
