Chandigarh. The incidents of death are increasing in the country while doing workouts or during simple activities. A similar case has again come to the fore in Chandigarh’s Dadu Majra, where a 33-year-old young bodybuilder died while doing bodybuilding. The youth has been identified as Ram Rana.
According to information, Ram Rana was standing with his friends and talking to them. During this, he started taking the body, during this both his arms turned backwards and he fell on the ground. His friends thought that he might be stretching. However, after falling on the ground, when his tongue also stopped and he was not answering anything, his friends took him to GMSH Hospital, Sector 16, Chandigarh, where the doctors declared him brought dead.
The relatives of Ram Rana told that he did not have any kind of disease. He was healthy and used to exercise in the gym daily. He didn’t have any kind of bad addiction. He used to stay away from drugs and used to avoid eating food outside. Ram Rana has two children, whose age is 11 and 3 years.

Significantly, Congress MP from Jalandhar Chaudhary Santokh Singh (76) also suddenly fell on the ground during Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra last Saturday and died. He was also healthy and he too had no complaints of any kind of illness earlier.
HOD (Internal Medicine) of Chandigarh PGI Prof. Sanjay Jain says that in PGI cases, there is a possibility of cardiac arrhythmia i.e. irregularity in heart rate or heart attack. Many times heart attack is not detected due to early postmortem.
