Bathua paratha is often made in winters, eating this paratha feels like summer in winters. First of all, we have to take 3-4 cups of wheat flour and finely chop 200 grams of Bathua and mix it. Add 1 teaspoon salt, ground cumin, asafoetida and ground red chilli as per taste.
Then add a little water and start kneading it. Knead this dough for about 5 minutes and the dough will become soft and keep this prepared dough covered for 10 minutes.
Then apply ghee on both the sides of Bathua Paratha and fry it till it turns golden. This paratha should not be kept on the pan for too long, because the paratha will burn and its taste will become bitter, hence cook the paratha only till it becomes golden.

Chutney made of green coriander, garlic, tomato and green chilli along with Bathua Paratha further enhances the taste of Paratha, eating this chutney gives a feeling of warmth in winter.
Grind green coriander, garlic, green chilli, tomato, asafoetida, cumin, salt, coriander powder and dry mango powder well on a mortar and pestle. After the chutney is ready, squeeze a little lemon into it. Chutney will be ready, eat it with paratha with pleasure.
