If this facility is being provided by your bank, then after logging in to NetBanking, you can go to the home page and check the balance. You will see this balance on the dashboard of Sukanya account. You also need to keep in mind that with this login information you will not be able to get any more facility in this account. You will be able to check only the balance in your account.

In this, the minimum deposit has to be Rs 250. Apart from this, maximum you can deposit up to Rs 1,50,000.
How much interest is received
At present, interest was being given at the rate of 7.6 percent in SSY (Sukanya Samriddhi Account) which is with income tax exemption. Earlier, it also got interest up to 9.2 percent.

How long this account can be operated
After opening Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana account, this girl child can be run till the age of 21 years or her marriage after the age of 18 years. If a minimum of Rs 250 is not deposited every year, the account will be closed and can be revived with a penalty of Rs 50 per year along with the minimum amount required for the deposit for that year. Reactivation can take place up to 15 years after the account is opened.
