‘Sujit beats me by turning off the CCTV camera, father takes me away’, killing SDM’s son!

Patna. Ayush, the 16-year-old son of Suraj Kumar Sinha, Senior Deputy Collector of Patna, has died under suspicious circumstances. Suspicion remains whether this death was natural or whether he was murdered. The relatives allege that Ayush has been murdered. At the same time, the police has started investigating the matter and is waiting for the post mortem report.

According to the family’s allegation, the death occurred under suspicious circumstances during treatment at the de-addiction center located at Manas Hospital, Maurya Vihar, Phulwari Sharif. In this case, the senior ADM has accused the doctor and his staff of assaulting and killing his son. Nirmala, the mother of the deceased Ayush, also says that something has been done in the hospital itself, due to which her son has died.

At the same time, ADM Suraj Kumar Sinha, posted in Patna Divisional Commissioner, said in a written application that on December 21, 16-year-old drug addict son Ayush Kumar was admitted for treatment at Manas Hospital located at Maurya Bihar Colony Road No-3, Phulwari Sharif. Dr. Santosh Kumar runs the hospital. When I went to meet my son on December 25, I was not allowed to meet him. When he went to meet his son again on January 4, the son complained that a staff named Sujit had assaulted him on December 22 and 29, causing injuries to his jaw and stomach.

On the basis of what the son said, the ADM also alleged that the people of the hospital beat him by turning off the CCTV cameras. The son had also said that father should take me from here. When I wanted to talk to Dr. Santosh on this subject, he did not receive the call. Mentioning the son’s complaint to the staff, he said that this should not happen now. Dr. Santosh was asked to explain to Sujit through WhatsApp.

ADM said that on January 12, Dr. Santosh Kumar called that your son’s condition is bad. His BP and pulse are very low. After this we said to admit in AIIMS hospital. Somehow they took him to Patna AIIMS. Found in the ventilator of ward ICU of CTVS department in AIIMS. The doctor treating there told that the patient was brought to AIIMS after giving CPR. Then the doctor of AIIMS declared him dead. There were injury marks on the body of the deceased Ayush. The ADM said that when he saw Ayush’s body, there were injury marks on his body.

On the other hand, the accused doctors are not coming forward in this case. But in a conversation with journalists, he told that Ayush was addicted to drugs. He was admitted to our hospital to get rid of it. All the allegations of ADM are baseless. The CCTV footage has never been off. There is also recording. The boy’s condition suddenly deteriorated, he has also been given CPR. The red mark on the body of the deceased occurs after giving CPR. There has been no fighting of any kind.

Postmortem has been done on the orders of DM Patna. Now waiting for the report to come. A written complaint has been lodged in this matter by Senior ADM Suraj Kumar Sinha at Phulwari Sharif police station. In this, a complaint has been filed calling the doctor and his staff as accused.

In this case, the police have registered a 50/23 case in Phulwari Sharif police station and have started taking action. Phulwari Sharif ASP Manish Kumar told that FIR has been registered. Police is doing research keeping in mind all the technical aspects. The post mortem report is awaited. The police is probing every point.
