In the year 2014, Mohit’s sister-in-law asked him to join the clothes rental business. Mohit said yes and started running the boutique with his sister-in-law. But he did not know much about the details of clothes. On the insistence of sister-in-law, she took admission in Tailoring Institute. Mohit was the only boy among 70 girls there. It was here that he met Priya and both fell in love. Later got married also.
Where did the couple’s love story begin?
Both of them studied together at the International Institute of Fashion Design in Surat. But there he felt that big institutes only teach drawing and small ones are not able to tell the method. It was from here that the idea came to his mind that why not open his own coaching center which would give the best combination of both. He felt that there was a lack of proper training in the tailoring industry. With the passion to overcome this deficiency, Mohit and Priya started “Raja Rani Couture and Coaching Centre” in the year 2021.
His aim was not just to teach sewing and cutting, but also to awaken creativity in every student and generate new thinking. He wanted that any person from any background could fulfill his dream of fashion.

These people run an offline center in Surat and also give online classes, due to which thousands of students from outside Gujarat have also joined. He has 16 lakh followers on social media platform Instagram, 3.3 lakh subscribers on YouTube and 42 thousand followers on Facebook.
