Himachal Assembly Session: Winter session of Himachal Pradesh Assembly is going on. There was uproar during the first two days of proceedings and the third day also started with uproar. MLAs of both the parties protested against each other outside the assembly. At present, the proceedings of the House are going on amidst the uproar.

During this, MLAs of Congress and BJP demonstrated against each other. The opposition and the ruling party were seen staging dharna together and targeting each other through Pahari songs. There was a performance like competition between the two groups and they targeted each other with the help of hair while singing the same song. On the other hand, as soon as the House proceedings started at 11 o’clock, the BJP MLAs created a ruckus and then the MLAs stopped the proceedings for 10 minutes.

At the same time, BJP targeted the condition of the state. Placards were seen in the hands of the Congress MLA, on which it was written ‘Save the daughter from BJP’ and the money stuck with the Centre. Congress MLAs protesting against the Central Government asked when will they get the PDNA amount.
On the other hand, BJP MLAs had written on placards that when will the former employees get their pension and when will they be given gratuity. This is the first time that both the opposition and the ruling party staged a dharna together in the assembly premises. It is noteworthy that now it is 11 o’clock and the proceedings of the House have started.

Uproar as soon as the House proceedings begin
As soon as the House proceedings started at 11 o’clock, BJP MLAs started creating ruckus. When House Leader of Opposition Jayaram asked for a point of order during the Question Hour, the Speaker asked for time after the Question Hour. However, if BJP MLAs did not agree to this, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Harsh Vardhan Chauhan said that let the Question Hour happen and there is enough time to present the point. Opposition MLAs got angry at the minister’s words and started sloganeering in the House. During this, everyone stood on their seats and started shouting slogans. However, the Question Hour continues amid the noise. Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi is the target of BJP MLAs and protests are being held against him. Speaker Kuldeep Pathania appealed to the BJP MLAs to conduct Question Hour in the House, but when they did not agree, the House was adjourned for 10 minutes.
