According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, Cyclonic Storm Senyar will take its form today because the low pressure area formed over the South Andaman Sea is now going to form into a depression, which is a part of the process of cyclone formation.

In view of this, the Meteorological Department has issued an orange warning of torrential rain in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain in Andhra Pradesh. The Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility of heavy rain in Odisha and West Bengal also.

There will be a drop of 3 to 4 degrees in temperature in Delhi-NCR and Punjab-Haryana in the coming 4 days. Besides, winds are also likely to blow at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour. With the gradual drop in temperatures, the weather department has warned that fog and dry cold could pose challenges for children and the elderly.
