Integrated Industries Limited is a small cap FMCG company that manufactures organic and inorganic food products and bakery items. The company was established in 1995 and since then it has been continuously expanding its portfolio and market presence. The stock has been weak in recent months, but after the strong results of Q2 FY26, expectations on this stock have increased again in the market.

The company’s consolidated net profit in Q2 Fy26 increased by 104 percent year-on-year to ₹29.99 crore. The profit in the same quarter last year was ₹14.7 crore.
Revenue jumped 54 percent to ₹286.46 crore in Q2. During the same period, total expenditure increased by 49 percent to ₹257.13 crore.
Net sales increased by 64 percent to ₹536.72 crore in H1 Fy26. During the same period, net profit increased by 100 percent to ₹ 54.66 crore.
The company’s EBITDA increased by 109 percent to ₹30.7 crore in Q2 Fy26. It was ₹14.7 crore in the same period last year.
The stock has fallen 4.37 percent in the last 6 months and has fallen about 34 percent in one year. But in the long run it has been a multibagger and has given returns of around 50620 percent in 5 years.
Managing Director Saurabh Goyal said that the company’s growth has come due to strong consumer demand and successful integration of Nurture Well Foods. This has given a boost to the biscuit and bakery portfolio.
The company has strengthened its distribution network in North India, increased exports and also launched new product variants.
