A huge crowd gathers every day because of the wonderful taste of chicken curry, pot liver and goat boti for Rs 30-50. Due to 90% pre-prep and hot dishes prepared at home, one can earn up to Rs 3500 per day here. As the effect of cold is increasing in Raipur, the crowd of non-veg lovers is also increasing in the city in search of hot dishes. Luv Nirmalkar’s non-veg stall located in front of LIC building in Pandari area is in the news these days, where the crowd is so much that people often wait for their turn. Non-veg stall started
The operator of the cart, Luv Nirmalkar, who is a resident of Danteshwari Chowk Pandari, says that his grandfather had started this non-veg cart many years ago. Earlier only egg and fish curry was available here, but keeping in mind the changing times and people’s preferences, different items were added to the menu. Today, Luv Nirmalkar is taking this family business forward as the third generation and is also earning better income due to his hard work. They may have studied till eighth standard, but with skill and hard work they can earn around Rs 3500 per day.
specialty of cart
The specialty of this stall is the great taste at a very low price, here Chicken Curry Half Plate is available for just Rs 30, Chicken Pot-Kaleji for Rs 30 and the most popular Bakra Boti Half Plate is available for Rs 50. Luv says that due to low prices, the demand for Pot-Kelji and Bakra Boti is highest. The special thing is that almost 90 percent of the preparation of these items is done at home, after which they are seasoned and served hot on the cart. This is why the taste always remains the same and customers return satisfied.
In the cold season, the demand for body warming dishes like Chicken Pot-Kaleji and Bakra Boti naturally increases, and this stall of Luv Nirmalkar in Pandari is no less than a boon for non-veg lovers in the winter. About 10 kg of chicken pot-liver, 5 kg of goat meat and 3 kg of chicken curry are sold from here every day. There are many customers who take parcels worth Rs 500-2500 at a time. This cart runs every day from 12 noon to 8 pm and during this time there is a constant crowd here. Despite being busy with work, Luv takes full care of his customers, because according to him, taste and trust are the identity of this cart.
