It started with a cart
Ravi, who serves unique samosas to the people of Patna, is a mechanical engineer by profession. In 2018, he completed his engineering degree and joined a company in Ghaziabad through campus placement. But during the lockdown, he left his job and returned to his home in Patna. Ravi says, “While using the phone, I saw someone doing this kind of concept. During the lockdown, I myself made samosa and fed it to my family members and everyone liked the taste very much.” After this, with the permission of the family, Ravi started selling on a cart. Gradually, people liked this taste so much that they started becoming regular customers and started getting positive feedback continuously. This hard work continued for years and then moving beyond the handcart, Ravi opened his own outlet by the name of ‘Samosa King’.
Now it’s the franchise’s turn
People have become crazy about this innovative samosa of Ravi. He says that on an average 300 to 400 customers reach this outlet every day. Apart from this, more than 100 orders come daily from the food delivery app. People come from far and wide to taste different samosas. This shop is also discussed a lot in the media. Ravi says that my dream is that there should be at least one outlet of Samosa King in every district of Bihar. We are going to start a franchise for this soon.
