Material for making spring rolls
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons oil (mix oil and water together)
To make filling –
1 cup cabbage (finely chopped)
1 cup spring onion
1 cup carrots (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp celery
1 tablespoon flour (add water and make a paste)
Oil for frying
Spring roll recipe
First of all prepare the pancake by mixing the ingredients of the pancake. Now heat a tablespoon of oil and add garlic and onion to it.
Fry the onion on a high flame till it becomes soft. Add the remaining ingredients in it and cook on high heat for a while.
Take a pancake and pour the prepared batter on its edges. Fill the filling, then fold it to the last.
-Seal the edges with flour solution and seal them well. It is very important that it is sealed well, so that it does not get shattered in oil while frying.
Fry the pancake twice and serve hot with hot red chutney.
