You will be shocked to hear how this vegetable is prepared, so here today we will tell you step by step. To make Gulab Jamun curry, first of all you have to take three tablespoons of khoya. You can buy it from the market or even make it at home. Then you have to take grated cheese three times the amount you have lost, the cheese should be well grated.
Now mix both khova and paneer and add a little salt as per taste and a little cardamom powder and mix well. Remember, do not add water. Because, they contain moisture. Knead it like dough and then make small pieces like balls.
Then cook it in hot oil till it gets golden fried and take it out and keep it aside. Now after this you have to prepare the masala. For this, lightly fry some cashew nuts, onion, tomato and all the spices and let it cool down and after it cools down, make a paste and keep it.

Now you have to take a pen in a gas. Two tablespoons of oil have to be added to it. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add all the spices, one spoon red chilli powder, one spoon coriander powder, one spoon vegetable powder and mix everything well. When this masala gets cooked a little, then you have to add the paste which you have prepared.
After that cook again on very low flame for at least 10 to 15 minutes. One thing to be kept in mind is that when you add this paste, after 2 minutes you have to add four tablespoons of curd, but it is better if you switch off the gas flame while adding the curd.
When the curd is mixed well, then turn on the gas once again and cook it well for 10 to 15 minutes and when it is completely cooked, you have to add at least one glass of water in it or you can also add half a glass. Meaning, add as much gravy as you need.
The Paneer Gulab Jamun you have prepared. Fry it golden and put it in it and then cover it and leave it for a while and then turn off the gas flame and take it out in some vessel.
