At the same time, Chief Public Relations Officer of East Central Railway Saraswati Chandra said that in view of the additional crowd of passengers, the operating period of 04 pairs of special trains being run from Dhanbad to Chandigarh, Gorakhpur, Lokmanya Tilak and Delhi is being extended, the details of which are as follows.

Train no. 03311/03312 Dhanbad-Chandigarh-Dhanbad Special-Now Train No. 03311 Dhanbad-Chandigarh special will now operate 2 days a week, every Friday and Tuesday, from 12 December 2025 to 13 January 2026. Similarly, train no. 03312 Chandigarh-Dhanbad special will now operate 2 days a week, every Sunday and Thursday, from 14 December 2025 to 15 January 2026.
Train no. 03677/03678 Dhanbad-Gorakhpur-Dhanbad Special Now train number 03677 Dhanbad-Gorakhpur Special will now operate on every Sunday of the week from 14 December to 11 January 2026. Similarly, train no. 03678 Gorakhpur-Dhanbad special will now operate on every Monday of the week from January 15 to January 12, 2026.
