In these videos, she was allegedly seen raising slogans in support of Naxal commander Madvi Hidma. As soon as the police came into view, questions began to arise that who was running the agenda of these slogans under the guise of a peaceful demonstration and why?

According to police sources, the videos found in the investigation are considered very important. Some of these footage are from that conference room in Hyderabad. Where students of BSCEM (Bhagat Singh Chhatra Ekta Manch) had gathered in February. In the video, he is seen singing slogans and songs in support of RSU (Radical Student Union). This is an organization which was banned by the Government of India in 2005.

Delhi Police says that both Gurkeerat and Ravjot seen in the video are actually sisters, and were also seen at the forefront of the demonstration on the path of duty. Police allege that:
- Both the sisters raised slogans in support of Madvi Hidma.
- Argued and scuffled with Delhi Police.
- Earlier also she was involved in similar slogans and activities on many forums.
- Old posts on their social media accounts confirm this pattern.
- The police have caught both of them along with their other associates and sent them into custody.

This demonstration was basically about the increasing air pollution in Delhi. But according to the police, some groups suddenly started changing the direction of sloganeering. This spread tension in the crowd. The situation worsened when a commotion started outside the Sansad Marg police station also.

Which angle is most important in the eyes of the police?
Police are focusing on three main issues in the investigation:
- Were some protesters already involved in supporting ban organizations?
- Was there an attempt to steer the environmental protest in a particular direction?
- Do social media accounts and past events point to a larger network?
Police say that all the digital evidence is still being scrutinized and it will take time to understand the entire network.
Why did Hidma Angle increase the pace of investigation?
It is known that Madvi Hidma was the same Naxal commander who was killed in a recent encounter with security forces. He was considered responsible for the killing of 76 CRPF soldiers. In such a situation, the slogans raised in his support changed the foundation of the entire case. The police is now also investigating whether there was any organized effort behind these slogans or whether some protesters themselves came associated with this ideology.
