Royal icing recipe
To make the royal slice, first place the water and sugar in a large bowl on the gas to heat it. As soon as it boils, put saffron sticks in it. When the thick sugar syrup is ready, turn off the gas and keep it aside. Now keep the milk in a pan on medium heat for boiling. Keep in mind that if you keep stirring the milk occasionally, it will burn. When the milk is ready, add cardamom powder and sugar and mix well. After this, heat the milk while stirring continuously for 5 minutes. After this, remove the milk from the heat and keep it aside. Now take the bread and set it aside. Cut it into two pieces in a triangle shape.
