Mumbai. The Thane Police has recovered a human skeleton from an underground water tank in the ruins behind the Thane Wagle Estate Kamgar Hospital near Mumbai. A sensation spread behind Kamgar Hospital, which saved hundreds of lives daily, when a human skeleton appeared in an underground water tank.
In fact, when a young man landed in the drainage tank to save the puppy that had fallen into the water tank, he saw a human skeleton there. After this, he immediately informed the people present around him. Also informed the nearest Wagle police station about this.
Wagle police reached the spot as soon as the information was received. Later, with the help of the fire department and Thane Disaster Management Department’s staff, the body was somehow pulled out, but its head remained in the tank. Then after about 1 hour of hard work, his head was taken out in 3 pieces.
Wagle police said in relation to the incident, ‘Initially it is suspected that the body has been thrown here after killing the person. The police have taken out the dead body from the closed tank. After this, the skeleton has been sent to the civil hospital for postmortem.
Police said that the CCTV footage of the area where the skeleton was found is also being scrutinised. Suspecting that there might be something related to the skeleton or any other skeleton, the police also thoroughly searched the entire tank. At present, investigation has been started to identify the skeleton.
