Darbhanga Superintendent of Police Avakash Kumar told that if any couple is found in an objectionable condition in any public place or restricted area, and a complaint is received, then action can be taken against them under Section 290/294 of the IPC. In which the provision of punishment up to 3 months has been given. Under Section 290 / 294 of IPC, if anyone hurts the faith of the common man or you are found in an objectionable position in a restricted area, then any common man can complain about you and action will be taken on his complaint. Because everyone is exempted under the constitution with some instructions. It may be that someone likes that scene or someone finds that scene bad.
