Washington. The US on Thursday announced another major package of arms and ammunition worth $2.5 billion for Ukraine. In view of the demand of strengthening Kyiv’s armored force, pro-Ukraine western countries have decided to give him a large number of armored vehicles, so that he can be able to counter the Russian attack. The Pentagon said a $2.5 billion Ukraine defense package includes assault armored vehicles and more Bradley fighting vehicles for the first time, which could be used against any possible Russian offensive in Ukraine this spring.
According to a news agency AFP, this defense package for Ukraine was published a day before the meeting of an international coalition in Germany to discuss giving more help to Ukraine. The new defense package includes 90 Stryker armored vehicles and 59 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles. The previous package included 50 Bradleys.
