In 2018, Royal Enfield introduced the 650 Twins-Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650-. Both these bikes, which are the cheapest multi-cylinder motorcycles available in the market, have gained popularity in a very short time in India. according to the report. The brand is planning to launch 650 cc bikes very soon, which are based on the 650 cc platform like the current Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650.
According to leaked news, the new models appear to have longer and more upright stances. The tail section of one of the spotted models is similar to the Meteor 350 motorcycle. Right now, it is too early to say anything about the engine and power of this bike but it is believed that the new RE 650 cc cruiser, like the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650, will be powered by a 650 cc twin-cylinder engine, which is 46.8. Produces power of bhp and torque of 52Nm.
The fact is that these bikes sport twin exhausts and can easily peak at 120–130 kmph (in video source). This clearly states that the current models are powered by a 650 cc engine.
As of now, there is no confirmation as to when the bikes will be launched in the market. However, spy images suggest that the bikes are almost ready for production and these bikes are not far from the official launch.
