Sheesham tree benefits: Sheesham tree has been famous for its wood. Its wood is known for its strength. But very few people would know that rosewood is also very beneficial for our health. Dr. Amit Verma (MD Medicine) of District Hospital Barabanki tells Local 18 that Shisham is a medicinal tree. Consumption of its leaves, bark and roots is beneficial for health. Nutrients like iron, antioxidants, tannins, flavonoids, carbohydrates, proteins and amino acids are found in them.
Whatever be the type of fever, use of rosewood is beneficial in all cases. Take 20 grams juice of rosewood leaves, 320 ml water and 160 ml milk. Mix these and cook in milk. When little milk is left, drink it 3 times a day. This cures fever.

If there is redness in the eyes, pain in the eyes for a long time or pain always persists, then fresh and clean rosewood leaves can be ground well and applied on the eyes. Applying these provides immediate relief and using them continuously for a few days reduces the problem.
If you are suffering from any skin related disease, then using rosewood leaves can be beneficial. You can apply the paste of rosewood leaves on the affected area of the skin. Take rosewood leaves for this. Grind them finely and then apply it on the affected area. After 10-15 minutes, clean the skin with water. This will remove skin boils and acne. The complexion of the skin also improves.
Even if you have stomach irritation, you can drink decoction or water of rosewood leaves. Drinking the juice of these leaves is also very beneficial for the stomach. For this, take 10-15 rosewood leaves. Extract their juice and then consume it. This will provide a lot of relief from stomach irritation.
To control blood sugar, consume one to two leaves of rosewood. Diabetes remains under control by using it daily. These leaves are considered helpful in increasing insulin sensitivity.
