This disclosure has been made at a time when under US law the Justice Department has to release unclassified files related to its investigation. In some photographs, sentences from the book ‘Lolita’ are seen written in black ink on a woman’s body. This book is based on a man’s obsession with a 12 year old girl. In the photographs, these lines are seen written on different parts of the woman’s body. Apart from this, identity cards of many women have also come to light, in which names have been hidden but countries are mentioned. These identity cards are said to be related to Russia, Morocco, Italy, Czech Republic, South Africa, Ukraine and Lithuania.
Did it sound like a girl’s speech?
In some of the pictures, there is also a late night text chat, in which someone is seen talking about sending girls for a thousand dollars. The entire collection of photos contains 95000 photos. Of these, 68 have been released once again. This entire collection was given to the House Oversight Committee from Epstein’s property. A text message is visible in a screenshot, in which it is written that I am sending girls right now. Along with this message, information related to a teenage girl is also visible, although it is not clear who sent the message and to whom it was sent. In this the price of a Russian girl is stated to be 1000 dollars.
Whose photos appeared in the Epstein file?
Last week too, 19 pictures were released, including some pictures of current President Donald Trump. Trump had then said that everyone has a photo with Epstein, it is not a big deal. Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, professor and political activist Noam Chomsky and former Trump advisor Steve Bannon are also seen in the new photos. However, at present there has been no response from their representatives. Democrat lawmakers have made it clear that seeing someone in these photos is not in itself proof of any crime. He says that the pictures have been released only for the purpose of transparency.
Uproar over Epstein file
Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, said as the Epstein Files Transparency Act deadline approaches, the photos raise questions about what the Justice Department actually has. He accused the White House of suppressing the matter and demanded immediate release of the files. White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson said that the release of these photos does not change anything. According to him, President Trump has already been talking about transparency in the Epstein files and his government has worked in this direction.
What is the controversy about the Epstein file?
Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein was a sex offender. There were serious allegations against him of sexual exploitation and trafficking of minor girls. He committed suicide in jail in 2019. Some people also consider it murder. The real uproar regarding this started in 2024. About 950 pages of documents were unsealed in a court case. The names of many high profile friends of Epstein appeared in it. Like Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, Bill Gates, Donald Trump etc. However, being named did not mean that he was an accused. When will the Epstein file be released?
A new twist came in 2025 when Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act during Trump’s second term. Under this, the Justice Department has to make public all the government documents related to Epstein by December 19, 2025. Today is that date. People were expecting an alleged client list, which would contain the names of clients of Epstein’s alleged sex crimes network. However, the FBI said that no such list was found.
