Jaipur. The NIA has questioned Syed Sarwar Chishti, secretary of Anjuman, an organization of Khadims of Ajmer Dargah, regarding the funding of PFI. The NIA had summoned Chishti through a notice. Later on Friday, the NIA office located in the capital Jaipur was interrogated. Sarwar Chishti has participated in many programs of PFI. They also include the PFI rally held two years ago in Kota. The video of his meeting with PFI members at Ajmer Dargah Sharif also went viral on social media.
Sarwar Chishti has often been seen advocating for PFI. However, in a conversation with the media, Sarwar Chishti said that NIA had called him to talk about the preparations for Urs in Ajmer Dargah. There has been talk in the same connection. There is no issue related to PFI. It is notable that Gauhar Chishti, who gave the slogan of beheading in Ajmer, is the nephew of Syed Sarwar Chishti. In the case of Gauhar Chishti, a hearing was also held in Ajmer court on Friday.

Court framed charges after arguments from both sides
ADJ court number four has framed charges against Gauhar Chishti and others, arrested for raising controversial slogans from the steps of Ajmer Dargah, after arguments from both sides on the charge sheet presented by the police. Court has framed charges against Gauhar Chishti under section 302/115 of IPC and now it will be argued on the next date.
Controversial slogan was given from the stairs of the dargah
Gauhar Chishti had given a controversial slogan from the stairs of the Dargah in the month of June last year. After that the Kanhaiyalal massacre took place in Udaipur. The police had arrested the accused Gauhar Chishti and other accused. Presently the accused is lodged in Ajmer High Security Jail. Since the arrest, Gauhar Chishti’s bail has been canceled from the lower court as well as the High Court. The parole application has also been rejected by the court.
