Ingredients for making Raj Kachori:
Refined flour: 1 cup
Semolina: 1/4 cup
Baking soda: 2 pinches
Oil: As per requirement
Salt: as per taste
For the stuffing of shortbread:
Kabuli chana: 1 cup (boiled)
Potatoes: 2 (boiled)
Bundi: 1 cup
Papdi: 10
Pomegranate: according to need
Curd: 1 cup
Green chutney: according to need
Chaat Masala: according to need
Coriander leaves: as per need
Sweet chutney: according to need
Save: according to need
Dahi Vada: according to need
Red chili powder: according to need
Salt – as per taste
Raj Kachori Recipe:
To make Raj Kachori, first add semolina, salt, baking soda, a spoonful of oil to a cup of maida and knead its dough.
Now heat oil in a pan, cut a dough from the dough and roll it round and roll it in dry flour and roll it out and fry till it turns golden brown.
Similarly, prepare the remaining saris in kachori.
For stuffing:
Remove the boiled potato peel and cut into small pieces.
Make a hole in the center like golgappa so that these things can be filled inside it, now keep the kachori in a plate. Inside it, first curd vada. Cut into small pieces followed by papdi, potato, kabuli chana, salt, boondi, red chilli powder, chaat masala, curd, green chutney, Mitti chutney, sev, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves one after the other.
