Material: 2 Radishes and its leaves – 2 Tomatoes – 6-7 Garlic cloves – 1 Onion – 4 Green chillies – 1 inch Ginger – Salt as per taste – Chaat masala powder – Kashmiri red chilli powder (optional) – Mustard oil – Lemon juice (optional).
How to make Chanti
1. First of all, wash radish and greens and cut them into thin pieces.
2. Chop tomato, garlic, onion and green chilli finely.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, onion, tomato and green chilli in it.
4. Now, add radish leaves and sang and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Put the fried mixture in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
6. Put the ground chutney in a vessel and add salt, chaat masala powder, and Kashmiri red chilli powder (optional).
7. Add mustard oil and lemon juice (optional) and mix.
8. Your radish leaf chutney is ready! Enjoy it with roti, rice, or paratha.
tips: You can also make this chutney with your favorite vegetables. You can keep this chutney in the fridge and eat it for 2-3 days and can also pack the chutney in your children’s tiffin.
